A getaway from the city
Has it happened to you that you get so busy during the month with so many things to do at work, college, home ; that even when you get to sleep you wake up even more tired than what you were before? Yes , that was my nonstop busy life . I was always getting headaches all the time and my stress was killing me.
Today I brought you some tips that worked for me :
Take time for yourself, go to the spa, go for a walk or go to the gym .
Listen to classic or relaxing music while you meditate
Get out of the city and visit the Mother Nature
Get rid of your phone for a day and don't think about work, school or problems that you need to solve
Laugh and enjoy the moment
I know it's hard when you don't have time but a lot of health issues are the outcome of a stressful life .
You come first always !
